During the last recession I turtled, BIG TIME. Pausing my job search, laying low, wanting to avoid getting laid off.
And then...I got laid off. It was the best thing to happen to me.
I know that "doom & gloom" is a common message we hear during this time, but I want to be a beacon of hope. To show you that we don't have to settle or stay stuck in our careers. That we can use this time to our advantage.
