score your resume the way a recruiter would
You've sent the applications. Why is no one calling?
- You've applied to job after job and heard nothing back, and you can't tell why.
- Your bullet points list what you did, not what changed because of it.
- You're not sure if your resume is too long, too short, or too creative for applicant tracking systems.
- You've rewritten it again and again, and you still don't know if it's good.
- You don't know whether the problem is your resume, or where and how you're applying.
From the inside, a resume problem and a job search problem look exactly the same. This audit helps you tell them apart, so you fix the right thing.
3 Parts. One Score. A Clear Next Step.

Hi, I'm Sara. I used to be the one deciding.
I'm an ex-recruiter and counselor turned career coach. After about 15 years in recruiting and more resumes than I can count, I know what gets read and what gets skipped. In the past 9 years as a Certified Professional Resume Writer and Career Coach, I've helped over 1000 people find their dream jobs, where they work less, make more money and feel fulfilled doing work they love.
I built this audit to show you what I see in those first few seconds, so you can fix it before anyone else sees it.
